I am returning to live in Baja - Mulege area - in Fall of '09 - lived on bahia concepcion for several years - would like info on long term rentals - in safe and reasonably priced area - I am not a tourist so do not want something overpriced and shi shi but something peaceful - could be one of those special "baja fixer uppers"...I have lots of skills that may be nice to have around: bookkeeper/certified tax preparer, photographer/baja greeting cards etc,travel article writer; caretaker with lots of great references; artistic with lots of experience creating beautiful spaces that people love and want to stay in, animal lover, health conscious with years of experience working in health food stores. I used to volunteer with the clinic in Mulege and helped a friend with art programs for children in town. Any leads or suggestions most welcomed!

Thanks Joax, but the Oasis is in town and I am looking for something south of town on the Bay..something more in nature so to speak.

Thanks again for taking the time. I had friends that owned homes there and stayed there for a few months. It was very beautiful there so who knows, maybe I will try there as I still know people in town there.
