You need to make sure that they roll the pumps back to 0, sometimes I get out and watch before asking for gas.

Many gas pumps are rigged to show more than is pumped. Doesn't seem to be going away. PROFEPA says they are trying to enforce accuracy, but...

This problem is rampant in Mexico, not just Baja. Apparently there are over 1500 stations recently shut down by PROFECO for the same problem.

At the Santa Rosalia downtown station, they have installed new(?) pumps but as yet, they are not in service.
