From the looks of what is on the Web, Punta Chivato might be what I'm looking for. Maybe your experience can help. I like to fish and would tow a 33 foot boat down from Northern CA. I've done the Cabo thing for to many years and want something more laid back, more hospitable and a better value if I find a place to buy. Is purchasing land or a home safe for a Non Mexican National? Are there any reputable real estate contacts that people on this forum have used? I'm planning a quick trip next month to check it out, anything I should know? Any fishing boat recommendations? Place to stay? Areas to look at for Land or House? What not to do.
