I have been collecting stuff for Mulege but was just told by Discover Baja (who spoke with the red cross) that no more clothes are needed. As it is an effort to get things down there I don't want to send things that are not needed. Are clothes, underwear (new), jackets, sweatshirts, baby clothes etc. still needed or shall I donate them here in San Diego?

As of a week ago, kids clothes were still in short supply. I think most of us "bigger" kids cleaned out closets, but the small kids didn't have sufficient attention. If you send stuff for small kids it will get put to use.

I am trying to meet a truck today in TJ that is taking stuff down there. Will also bring stuff this week by plane. We have a lot of kids stuff, school supplies, diapers etc.

Hi, I just recieved these cash cards from smart and final for $150. Could you help me out with a reliable person to transport from san diego to where things are needed. I am thinking bleach and paper products but if you know more about the needs; info is greatly appreciated. I read that donations should go to the mission church or fire dept. Do you know what I should do. Thanks a zillion. Love, April
