Does anyone know Javier Ruiz of Santa Rosalia? It has been (too) many years since I've heard anything about him. He owned a house on the cliffs just past the gas station. This new hotel (http://santarosaliacasitas.com/) appears to be quite near his home, but not sure. His wife worked for the municipal government in town and they have two children that would be grown now.
