HI To All...trying to contact Roberto Saucedo at the Orchard Vacation Village. I am aware of flood/mud you have all encountered. So sorry for all the hardships you all have faced. Started visiting Mulege over 30 yrs ago & thought might like to invest...Exchanged pictures, phone calls & visited in July but had wired $5,000.00 REFUNDABLE deposit prior to visit. We visited & decided we liked mainland Mexico along Pacific a little better. Working on getting refund when your "chubaso" hit & you all suffered much devastation. I have been patient, but now will become more assertive. Pls, if anyone sees Roberto, let him know..PATTY is getting impatient!!!! We have same phone numbers, bank numbers & do not want to have to take legal action...reputation is worth more that the refund, I would think!!!! THANKS to anyone who might talk to him. We understand the hardships you all have faced, but our $5,000.00 becomes a hardship to us!!!THANKS for anything you might initiate! Patty
Patty B. - I'm sorry to have to be the one to tell you this, but since nobody else will, I feel that I should say something. Roberto is not one to worry about his reputation...it's so tarnished that not much could bother him. He has done this to many, many tourists and they just keep coming back for more. Why do people find it nessisary to give money up front? Good luck finding him or getting your money back.He will no doubt give you the run around. He is very hard to corner. I have seen him do this to too many people. He's slippery!! don't take no when you do find him!!!
sorry patty, but you had better kiss your money good bye. Saucedo is nothing short of a crook. He stops at nothing to swindle people out of money. I should know, he has bilked me out of over 150,000. He waited till I finished the remodeling of our home, then refused to renew our lease so he could confiscate the home and resell it. Sorry
