Hi Steve and Jeanne, Tim few down to Loreto first chance. He just falled me from Mulege. The Oasis is beyond imaginably destroyed. Water and mud up over 8 feet in our house. Our boat is in a tree 15 feet in the air. The kitchen cupboards were hurled around the house, the fridge on it's side in a foot of mud. He said he'll look at your property and see what's visible, (who knows what's under the deep mud). Sorrow upon sorrows. The town itself has power and the road from Loreto is open so provisions are coming in. Travel safe. Kathryn and Tim Peterson
From hank Tussy, Go to Kodak Gallery to see photos of Oasis park taken by Hank and Bob tussy this last week end. Hank tussy M-3 oasis.

Reports that everything in Jorge's is gone are somewhat exaggerated; there are some houses w/partial walls standing, and perhaps even one that has all walls standing. There is one thatch roofed house that may be mostly structurally intact. But the inside contents will be unusable, and the house uninhabitable. I would recommend you take a new trailer down.
