Hi all - I'm looking for some information and possible contacts in Mulege. I'm planning a long kayak trip this fall (San Felipe to Mulege/Bahia Concepcion). Three of us are renting boats from an outfitter in San Diego. The outfitter is also providing the shuttle to San Felipe. However, at the end of the trip, we need to get the boats back (to the Rosalita/Tijuana area) on our own. The outfitter will pick us up there and take us back to San Diego. We will be arriving in Mulege during the third full week of November (like the 17th - 20th). Here are my questions: 1. Are there any Mulege taxis with roof racks that could and would want to make that 600 mile trip? If so, could you provide contact information? Any idea what it might cost? 2. Does anyone know of any private individuals who have a van/truck with a roof rack who might want to make that trip? Contact info? 3. Does anyone have any other ideas/possibilities? This trip really hinges on us being able to get transported back north, so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rick | ||
