hey capt mike, there are still some lots in chivato. i just saw a website for dos amigos reality selling some. not sure where on shell beach they are but worht checking into. you might call ruth and ask if all her lots are sold. i believe two lots fell out of sale. i keep getting confused how to spell his name but here goes, juero the owner of hardware store has some lots also.. i have some lots (beachfront) in san bruno, but if you want to stay in the chivato area, your best bet is the above mentioned. goodluck www.costatranquila.org
yes beachfront. just developing a community with three rows to choose from. i really like san bruno as its more secluded . really hasnt been developed in that area as of yet which i think is a good thing. the beaches are beautiful and no other development next to it.
